THE Stratford Trotting Club is holding its 52nd annual race day on Sunday, February 14 and local trainers, drivers and club members are busy preparing for another successful day of racing at Te Kapua Race Park.
There will be free admission to the event and the TET giant screen will be set up.
The day will be busy, with a minimum of 10 races, including the feature race - the Hewes Scrap Metal Stratford Trotting Cup.
A number of locally trained trotters and pacers will be racing and these horses usually do well on their home track.
The event will be live on Trackside and there will a Punters Club on course.
The race day is a family event and there will be Kidz Kartz races - miniature horses pulling small sulkies, and other attractions, including a colouring in competition.
Racing starts at midday.
