MAKA Paki Paki from Stratford won the wood chopping points prize over three days chopping at the Central Districts Field Days held last Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Competitors came from Canada and all over New Zealand. Other Taranaki competitors from the Taranaki Axemens Club also featured well at the event.
