Jayden Roodbeen
It is with great pleasure that the Stratford Press announces Jayden Roodbeen as this month's Young Achiever.
Jayden was nominated by several people in the community, including the staff at his school - St Joseph's Stratford. Jayden has been a member of the Taranaki Under 11's Hockey Team for the past two years and shows excellent promise in the future for his sport.
However, Jayden was nominated because of his hard work, dedication and generosity towards music at the school. Recently Jayden helped with the music for the recent variety concert. He also ran the school disco and helps whenever possible.
Jayden's continual giving has awarded him this month's Young Achiever Award.
The Stratford Press is calling for more nominations for our monthly Young Achiever Award. Anyone aged between 12-24 years can be nominated. Nominations can be for a wide range of achievements including sport, academic, cultural, art or just by helping the community.
