ON February 26, Toko School hosted its Country Fair and fun activities were organised for the kids and community to raise funds for the school.
Activities included paintballing the principal, sledge rides, horizontal bungee and smash the car to name a few.
Other attractions on the night included Ferdie the bull, a stilt walker, police dog demo,  auction and drawing the prize of $500 for one lucky sponsor. The prize this year was won by Felix Hunger, Kellydown Oilfield Supervisor. Felix is currently working for Todd Energy at the Parker Rig 188 at Tarata.
It was a fantastic night with the money raised going towards repairing the school’s trampolines, new tracksuits for travelling sports teams, computers for classrooms and extra books for the library.
The Toko School Fundraising Committee would like to thank all the sponsors and volunteers that helped to make it a great night.
