Book festival underway | Taranaki News | Local News in Taranaki

TARANAKI Children’s Book Festival 2010 began yesterday, and a selection of children’s authors, including Craig Smith, Ben Galbraith and Jill Marshall, are visiting local schools on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week. There is a free bus going from New Plymouth to the finale in Hawera at the Hub on Saturday. Contact one of the region’s libraries for more information.
