Anthony Temple joins Stratford policing team | Taranaki News | Local News in Taranaki

Stratford Police have a new face on their staff, recent graduate Anthony Temple, who gave up his trade in spray painting to pursue a career in policing.

"It is always something I wanted to do but I ended up going on my OE instead. I decided that now was a good time to do it and I graduated two weeks ago."

Admitting that he is still getting into the swing of things at the Stratford station, Anthony is looking forward to the experiences his new job will bring him.

"I am on general duties at the moment which involves lots of different things. I am currently involved in traffic training and am learning a lot. "

Anthony has his sights set on a permanent appointment which takes two years and hopes his time serving Stratford will bring him closer to his goal.
