Stratford High School students Sophie Jeffares, Anjela Frost, Cody Bibby and Kathleen Robertson were unanimous in voting against the tougher restricted driver's licence. Sophie,  15, says the test is fine as it is. `You should not have to do 120 hours.' Anjela,  15, says it is unnecessary, as the learner age had already been upped. Kathleen, 16, says the death toll among young drivers is mostly because `they do something idiotic and not necessarily because of their skills ... They do not abide by the rules 
for restricted drivers.' Cody, 16, says he is dead-set against the new, tougher rules.
